What is Swagbucks and how does it work?
Swagbucks is a website that rewards users for doing easy activities online. Searching the internet, viewing videos, and taking paid surveys are all examples of things you can do.
Swagbucks points (abbreviated as ‘SBs’) are a type of reward that may be exchanged for gift cards or cash. They have over 1,500 gift cards to choose from, including Amazon, iTunes, and Tesco.
Swagbucks points can be converted to cash in your PayPal account if you’d want to earn some more cash. If you’re feeling charitable, you can also donate to charity.
How much can you earn on Swagbucks?
To give you an idea of how much SB points are worth, a £5 Amazon gift card would set you back roughly 850 SB, and £100 cash will set you back 18,125 SB (via PayPal).
They do, however, accumulate faster than you may expect. Swagbucks has a ton of jobs and activities built in, many of which you probably already do!
Swagbucks frequently has sales on their rewards, requiring fewer SBs to redeem the coupons. For example, £100 in PayPal credit is available for 20% off the regular price.

Here are the best ways to earn money on Swagbucks:
1. Make Swagbucks your default search engine:
Switching your preferred search engine to Swagbucks is the simplest way to start earning (rather than Google or Bing). You’ll start earning points just for perusing the web in their browser instead of your own.
For every 10 to 20 searches, you may expect to earn roughly 10 to 20 SB points. The total amount will be determined by the search queries. This can add up to roughly £300 after six months of daily searches.
2. Complete surveys and polls:
Do you have a lot of free time but not a lot of money? Swagbucks can be a decent little income if you fill out a few short surveys each day.
They normally take three to twenty minutes to complete, and depending on the survey, you can earn anywhere from 40 to 100 SB. There’s also a daily poll to conduct, which takes only two seconds and rewards you with one extra SB.
3. Download apps and games to your phone:
For downloading, installing, and opening various apps on your phone, tablet, or computer, you can earn a variety of points.
Although you may get paid for just installing the app, you will almost always be required to complete some sort of action.
These opportunities are sometimes available through one of Swagbucks’ partners (all of whom are also legit). You’ll still get paid in Swagbucks, which might range from a few hundred to a few thousand depending on the deal.
However, as always, we recommend starting with the free apps. It’s pointless to pay to download or use an app in order to earn Swagbucks because you’ll almost certainly earn significantly less than you spend!
4. Shop online and earn cashback:
Obviously, we don’t recommend shopping online only for the purpose of earning extra points. However, if you’re planning to make an online purchase, use the Swagbucks website to gain some points.
Simple SBs can be obtained via online retailers including as Adidas, ASOS, and eBay. So, before you hand out your cash, conduct a quick Google search to see if they’re a Swagbucks earner.
For example, you may earn 4 SB for every £1 purchased at Expedia recently. Because vacations are expensive, you could earn hundreds of points that you can redeem for incentives or cash later.
5. Tell your friends:
By getting your friends to sign up for Swagbucks using your referral code, you can earn SB points while you sleep.
Not only will you and your buddy each receive 300 SB when they sign up, but you’ll also receive 10% of your friend’s SB earnings for the duration of their membership!
This is a terrific way to earn points without having to work hard, and your friends will profit as well. Plus, if the person you refer installs the SwagButton on their laptop or desktop, you’ll get another 100 SB (using your invite link).
6. Watch out for Swag Codes:
To receive updates about new ‘Swag Codes,’ install the SwagButton browser plugin. Swag Codes are secret words or phrases that the company uses to generate interest in the site and encourage users to return to the home page.
The browser extension’s notifications will direct you to where you may find the code. You then paste it into the ‘Swag Code’ box on the page’s left-hand sidebar. SB points are quite easy to come by!
7. Complete daily goals:
A button labeled ‘Daily Bonus’ can be found at the top of the screen. A ‘to do list’ featuring a number of daily tasks that the site recommends you accomplish may be found here.

9. Play games online and on mobile:

Swagbucks not only pays you to download and play games, but they also have a handful of their own. They’ll all have the term ‘Swag’ in them, so you’ll know which ones they are.
You can earn up to 10 SB per game simply by trying it out. However, because some games require you to reach a specific level before you can earn SBs, it pays to be strong at these activities. Swagbucks Live is a good option if you prefer general knowledge.
Participating in the game is completely free, and all you have to do is download the app. The purpose of this live quiz app, like most others, is to correctly answer a few multiple-choice questions. If you make it to the end, you’ll win a portion of the entire prize pool ($1,000s in Swagbucks are paid out every week). However, as soon as you make a mistake, you’re out.
Some of the questions can be ridiculously challenging, therefore we urge referring your friends to the app. You’ll get a free’rejoin’ every time you get someone to sign up, which will allow you to rejoin the game if you’re knocked out.
10. Sign up to services:

Although the rewards aren’t particularly huge, you are being compensated to be delighted! You’ll be exposed to a wide range of stuff, from advertisements to news and viral videos.
If you’re not inspired by the content you’ve been sent, you can leave videos running in the background while you do other things and not watch them. Expect to earn 2–3 SB per playlist (which lasts 15–30 minutes on average). For this particular task, there is a daily limit of 150 SB available.
